Returns
We hope you love your Annie Lane product. However, if you wish to return an item, we are happy to assist.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.

Products must be unused, unlit, in perfect condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been safely received. Please note: postage charges are non-refundable.
How to Return

Email info@annielanecandles.com with the subject line ‘Return’, and our Customer Care team will provide instructions.

Securely package your item and include a note with your name, address, email, telephone number, customer number (if applicable), and reason for return.

Parcels are returned at your own cost. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Annie Lane House cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the return has been received in perfect condition.
