Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We aim to ship your order as soon as we can within 1 - 2 working days, however we do like to allow 7-10 working for days, taking into consideration weekends and holidays. Orders will be shipped Monday - Friday, no orders will be shipped at the weekend or on Bank Holidays within the UK.

Our Shipping partner is Parcel Force and we aim to get your order to you as soon as we can, however with the best of intentions if we are shipping overseas this will take longer.

UK - 50cl candle - £6.95 inc vat
Europe, Highlands & Islands - £14.99 inc vat
Rest of World - £19.99 inc vat

Returns Policy

Provided that the product is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and unlit, and with its original packaging.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel (see below) or your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.

We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.

Please contact us at info@annielanecandles.com and title your email with 'Return' and our Customer Care team will contact you with instructions. Refunds and Exchanges will be offered on returns made WITHIN 30 days of the shipping date.

You can only return your product by post. Please include a letter with your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number and customer number if possible. Please let us know what you are returning and why.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
