Shipping & Returns

At Annie Lane House, we take the utmost care in preparing and sending your order. Each parcel is carefully wrapped and shipped with Royal Mail Tracked, ensuring proof of delivery, photographic confirmation, and compensation cover for your peace of mind.

Shipping Times

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery times may vary, particularly during weekends, bank holidays, or peak seasons. Orders are shipped Monday–Friday; no shipments are made on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

UK Shipping Rates (Royal Mail Tracked)

Small Parcel (up to 2kg):

  • Tracked 24: £5.15

  • Tracked 48: £4.05

Medium Parcel (up to 10kg):

  • Tracked 24: £9.29

  • Tracked 48: £8.19

Medium Parcel (up to 20kg):

  • Tracked 24: £13.99

  • Tracked 48: £12.19

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK, however please contact us at info@annielanecandles.com for a personalised shipping quotation outside the UK.


Returns

We hope you love your Annie Lane product. However, if you wish to return an item, we are happy to assist.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.

  • Products must be unused, unlit, in perfect condition, and returned with their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been safely received. Please note: postage charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email info@annielanecandles.com with the subject line ‘Return’, and our Customer Care team will provide instructions.

  2. Securely package your item and include a note with your name, address, email, telephone number, customer number (if applicable), and reason for return.

  3. Post your return to:

Parcels are returned at your own cost. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Annie Lane House cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the return has been received in perfect condition.
